Contracting

Groundwork is a very diverse sector of the civil-engineering branch. From the digging of a narrow trench using a mini excavator to large and complex works requiring bulldozers, tracked excavators, mechanical shovels and dumpers. Examples are the construction of soil and sludge depots, the building of sound barriers, the preparation of building sites, and the installation of drains and sewers.
